Chavez makes some changes
Good news seems to be breaking out all over. Chavez has replaced Jose Rangel as Vice-President with Jorge Rodriguez. Rangel has always been a talker, where as Rodriguez is a doer. I'll take that trade any day.
Also, Venezuela's ineffectual crime fighter, Jessie Chacon has been replaced. Lets see what effect that has.
